Zp29/31/33 Multifunction Herb Tablet High Speed Double Sided Tablet Press

This machine is used to press various granular raw materials into circular pieces and is a basic equipment suitable for mass production equipment. Its structure is double pressure type, with two sets of feeder devices and two sets of pressure wheels. 33 sets of stamping dies can be installed on the turntable and rotated once to press 66 pieces. The speed of the turntable, the filling depth of the material, and the thickness of the tablet can all be adjusted during compression. The mechanical slow-moving device on board can prevent mechanical damage caused  by overload. The machine is equipped with a powder suction device, which can suck up the dust generated during the operation of the machine through  a suction  nozzle to avoid adhesion and blockage, and can recycle raw materials for reuse.
