Production of Cell Cultured Meat

Multiple technical challenges in cell culture meat have been solved through synthetic biology techniques, including co culture of muscle fat cells and low-cost serum-free culture media. This has enabled the production of cell culture meat to enter the trial production stage of a hundred upgraded bioreactors, taking an important step towards the commercialization of cell culture meat.
