This machine is a new generation product of our factory, and it is a continuous and automatic rotary tablet press for pressing various kinds of different shape tablets and also plain tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and the chemical, food, plastics, powder, metallurgy and electronic industries.
1. The outer cover is in the closed form of all stainless steel, and the inner table top is made of stainless steel, which can maintain the surface gloss and prevent cross contamination, meeting the requirements of GMP.
2. It is equipped with plexiglass perspective window, which can see the tablet pressing state, and the side panel can be fully opened, which is easy for internal cleaning and maintenance.
3. All controllers and operating parts are reasonably arranged.
4. Frequency conversion speed regulation device is used for electrical speed regulation, which is convenient to operate, stable to rotate, safe and accurate.
5. It is equipped with overload protection device, which can automatically shut down when the pressure is overloaded.
6. Implement electromechanical integration, using touch keys and screen display.
7. Take the lead in trying out the semi-automatic lubrication device and the plexiglass dust-proof device at the upper end of the turntable.
8. The transmission system is sealed in the oil tank below the main engine. It is an independent component that can be safely separated, and there will be no mutual pollution.
It also soaks the transmission part in the oil pool, which is easy to dissipate heat and wear.
9. Equipped with powder suction device, it can absorb the dust in the pressing room.
