2、Dryer
Model HSGZ-3 dryer is manufactured by combining the production characteristics of soft capsule drying production technology summarized through investigation and analysis of the concrete production situations from numerous soft capsule manufacturers at home and abroad, according to the requirements of GMP. The entire equipment is simple and practicable, artistic and elegant.
Model HSGZ-3 Dryer, each section of the rotating cage could be switched to rotate forwardly and reversely with a frequency converter control device. You can use only one cage as one set, and also can use multi cages together. Change the turning direction of the cages, the capsules can be remained to the rotating cage of the current section for drying when the cage rotates forwardly, and the capsules would be conveyed to the next section of the cage till being driven out when the cage rotates reversely.
Model HSGZ-3 Dryer is mainly used for shaping drying of capsules in the production line. Meanwhile, it could also be applied to dynamic drying of materials and products in grain and pill forms of medicine, foodstuff and chemical industries.

4、HSZJ SERIES VACUUM STIRRING SYSTEM
HSZJ series vacuum stirring system is a kind of homogenizing equipment which consists of water (steam) shower type heat vacuum stirring tank, buffer tank and condensing tank. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, food and precise chemical industries.
In soft capsule production, HSZJ series vacuum stirring system used for gelatin melting process.
The buffer tank to guarantee the material not flow into the pipe and vacuum pump when vacuumizing. To prevent the vacuum system failure.

7、Drying car with tray
Traditional way of drying car with tray, is to put the capsules after shape fixing onto the tray on the car, and push to air drying room for drying and till the finished products got.
Air drying room adopts horizontal air flow layers for air blowing, the room temperature controlled between 30 – 35. humidity controlled below 25%, the capsules put in each tray shall be less than 2 layers.the first 2 hours turn over capsules 4-5 times. To guarantee the capsule’s shape and appearance looks better. The air drying time 12-16 hours can make it completely dry.
Drying car with tray is widely used in soft capsule production, you can dry many kinds of capsules same time, it is easy to clean thoroughly.
8、LIGHT INSPECTION TABLE

9、PY SERIES MATERIAL PREPARATION TANK
PY series of material preparation tank is a kind of single layer stirring tank, the tank inside can bear certain negative pressure. The tank body use sst., it is completely meets the GMP requirement.
