Process of Fish Oil Tricanter Centrifuge

The stick water from Screw Press, is gathered in the Protein Water Tank and then transferred to Protein Water Heater by  pump. After the action of indirect temperature-raising in Heater, the stick water enters into the Tricanter for the purpose of rapid separation of sludge, protein water and fish oil (contains a small amount of water and impurities).

After separation process, the sludge is transferred into Drier and mixed with Press Cake in it to get the finished fish meal. And the fish oil, which contains a small amount of water and impurities,can be transferred into the Scraper-type Heating Tank for indirect temperature-raising process and then enters the Centrifuge to get the finished Fish oil. Or it can be transferred into the Settling tank directly for gravity setting action in order to remove the protein water and impurities, and get the finished fish oil.

The rest small amount of water and impurities from Tricanter, Centrifuge or Setting tank will be recycled back to the Drier or enter the Evaporate system for the next process.
