Decanter Centrifuge

The horizontal spiral discharge sedimentation decanter centrifuge separator is a device that uses centrifugal force to separate solids and liquids. It is widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, mining and other industries. It mainly consists of the machine body, rotating drum, screw conveyor, differential system, frame and transmission device. Its working principle is to add liquid materials containing solid particles into a high-speed rotating drum. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid particles with larger specific gravity are thrown towards the wall of the drum, and driven by the screw conveyor, along the rotating drum. The drum wall moves toward the discharge port and is discharged out of the machine, while the liquid with a smaller specific gravity forms an inner layer and is discharged through another outlet, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation.
