3 Phase Decanter Centrifuge Separator
Principle of three-phase horizontal screw decanter centrifuge: Due to the different specific gravities of the light liquid phase, heavy liquid phase and insoluble solid phase in the material, the centrifugal force exerted on the three phases of the material is different. The insoluble solid phase has the largest specific gravity and is subjected to the largest centrifuge force and is settled to the inner wall (outermost) due to the smallest centrifugal force. The light liquid phase is precipitated to the closest to the inner wall of the drum (innermost) due to the smallest centrifugal force. The heavy liquid phase is in the middle. The insoluble solid phase is discharged from the solid phase discharge port through a screw pusher with a relative differential speed with the drum. The light and heavy liquid phases are then separated through different structures in the machine. The heavy liquid phase is discharged by centrifugal force and the light liquid phase is discharged by gravity, thereby achieving the purpose of three-phase separation of the material. It is mainly used for clarification or three-phase separation of tar, pesticides, oilfield recycled oil, oilfield aging oil, waste engine oil, restaurant waste grease, etc.
